Returns

Our return policy applies to regular-priced items and is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery (not the unboxing or unpacking date).

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
To qualify for a return, you must provide:
Clear pictures and videos of the unpacking process.
Details showing the condition of the item and packaging upon delivery.
The item must be returned in its new and original condition, including all original packaging.

Exclusions:

Products sold at discounted prices or as part of promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Personalized products and services are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges for energy crystals and gemstones will only be considered at our discretion.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at hello@dacrystal.com and follow up via WhatsApp with your appeal, including the required evidence. Once your return is approved, the following conditions apply:

Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
You must use an insured and reliable courier provider to prevent loss or damage during return shipment.
Returns will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchanges

Goods can be returned for an exchange, but are strictly non-refundable.

Conditions for Exchanges:

The goods are damaged or missing during the shipping process.
Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same or higher price.
For exchanges to a lower-priced item, no refunds will be provided for the price difference.
For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference.
Exchanges will only proceed once the physical item is received and verified by us.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for any purchase. Exceptions are made only in cases where a replacement is not possible due to damaged or defective items, at our discretion.

Important Notes:

Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will exclude all shipping costs.

Additional Notes

Products returned without prior approval or that fail to meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process. Please ensure all returns are securely packaged and insured.
